Booker White (aka Bukka White) playing one of his favourite numbers, "Aberdeen Mississippi Blues" during the American Folk Blues Festival tour of Germany in October, 1967. Ever the showman, he offers a terrific demonstration of his "spanking the baby" technique, with his beloved guitar 'Hard Rock' on the receiving end.

Here is the music video for Eric Bibb's classic song "Booker's Guitar," recorded and filmed in September 2008, and featuring Eric playing Booker White's National Duolian guitar Hard Rock.

Former Dire Straits frontman Mark Knopfler enjoys a brief reunion with Hard Rock in this video filmed in December 2001, having first encountered the instrument back in the early 1980s.
